Votre nouvelle profession avec le permis exploitation Sarthe

Vous désirez devenir débitant de boissons, ou restaurateur ? Il sera nécessaire de prendre part à un stage, de manière à disposer d’un permis d’exploitation. Pour obtenir votre permis d’exploitation, pour lancer un restaurant ou bar, ou pour continuer d’exercer, notre service vous sera d’une grande aide. Afin que votre permis d’exploitation soit préparé en toute tranquillité, il faut savoir que nous ne proposons que des formations agréées par l’Etat. Nous avons quatre formules de permis d’exploitation sur le département Sarthe, en adéquation avec votre projet et vos besoins. Si vous décidez d’annuler votre venue une semaine avant le jour J, votre formation ne sera pas facturée. Un financement de votre formation est envisageable, informez-vous auprès du Pôle Emploi de votre ville. Nous sommes à votre disposition pour vous fournir tous les renseignements dont vous pourriez avoir besoin : notre ligne dédiée vous prend en charge du lundi au vendredi. Cette condition est aussi valable pour les restaurants ou les établissements d’hôtellerie commercialisant des denrées et de l'alcool. Étant destiné aux débutants, le stage a une durée maximale de deux jours et demi, soit 20 heures au total.

Le stage hygiène alimentaire

Le respect des normes relatives à la commercialisation des denrées alimentaires constitue aussi une obligation pour les exploitants. En effet, depuis le 1^er janvier 2006, la réglementation a considérablement durci de manière globale en Europe.

Le stage hygiène alimentaire devient donc progressivement un attribut incontournable pour les établissements de vente de produits à consommer sur place ou à emporter. Il s’agit d’une formation de 14 heures dont le but est de sensibiliser les gérants des établissements de restauration sur l’importance de :

La conservation des produits alimentaires commercialisés.
La nécessité des règles de la traçabilité des denrées d’origine animale.
Le respect des règles de satiné du personnel en charge des produits commercialisés.

Où passer sa formation pack permis d’exploitation et stage hygiène alimentaire?

De nombreux établissements en France, particulièrement dans votre département dans le Sarthe proposent des formations en pack. Depuis plus de 5 ans, l’État délivre des agrégations aux établissements fournissant un dossier administratif complet, et les infrastructures adéquates.

Durée de la formation

Étant donné que le pack comprend deux formations, elle a une durée de 4 jours et demie conformément aux lois sur les débits de boissons et l’hygiène alimentaire.

Le coût de la formation

Le prix de formation varie entre 600 et 900 euros. Cependant, certains établissements en promotion peuvent proposer le stage pack à 699 euros.
