Qui doit passer la formation Permis d’Exploitation ?

La formation Permis d’Exploitation est obligatoire pour les personnes qui ouvrent, reprennent, transfèrent ou déplacent un débit de boissons à consommer sur place ou un restaurant servant des boissons alcoolisées : bar, café, brasserie, restaurant, hôtel-restaurant, discothèque, etc.

La formation initiale est de 20 heures minimum sur 3 jours. Le Permis d’Exploitation est nominatif et valable 10 ans. Son renouvellement nécessite une formation de mise à jour des connaissances de 6 heures.

Qui doit passer la formation Hygiène Alimentaire ?

Les établissements de restauration commerciale doivent compter dans leur effectif au moins une personne formée à l’hygiène alimentaire : restaurant traditionnel, restauration rapide, cafétéria, libre-service, snack, etc.

La formation réglementaire en hygiène alimentaire est d’une durée minimale de 14 heures. Certaines personnes peuvent en être dispensées en fonction de leur expérience professionnelle ou de leur diplôme.

Pourquoi faire la Formation hygiène alimentaire

Appelée également HACCP, cette formation concerne tous les professionnels de l'alimentaire, qui ont l'obligation de formation en hygiène alimentaire. Elle aide à vous former aux bonnes pratiques d’hygiène.

Pourquoi faire la formation licence d’une journée (7 heures)

Elle concerne les gérants de chambres d’hôtes ainsi que les commerces qui vendent des boissons alcooliques à emporter entre 22 heures et 8 heures : sa durée est de 7 heures. Les exploitants qui justifient de dix ans d’expérience relèvent, eux, du renouvellement du permis d’exploitation, d’une durée de 6 heures.

Pourquoi faire la formation licence de 3 jours (20 heures)

Elle concerne les futurs gérants d’un débit de boissons et qui ont moins de -10 ans d’expérience. Vous devez suivre une formation d'une durée de 20h. A l’issu de cette formation, un permis d'exploitation vous est délivré valable 10 ans.

Elle concerne les établissements de restauration commerciale qui fournissent des repas et des boissons pour la consommation. Une personne au moins doit avoir effectué la formation hygiène alimentaire au sein d’un établissement de restauration commerciale. Cette formation peut se faire de chez soit en E-learning.

Économie du pack licence permis exploitation et hygiène alimentaire (34 heures) Le pack regroupe le permis exploitation et l’hygiène alimentaire la durée est de 5 jours soit 34 heures à un prix avantageux.
